Camper Crisis Coverage

We only met Micah one time late on a Thursday night at Ellacoya State Park Campground after dealing with another so-called "camper tire service" company recommended by our RV insurance 24hr customer service.. two kids drove 2.5 hours from Boston, Massachusetts in a car with a 3-ton floor jack and no tools telling us he just changed another flat (inner dual tire) motorhome ... couldn't even get the jack into the correct lifting point so I told him go home....we called our insurance back and told them what happened with this company they referred and they apologized and sent Micah....he called and said he would be around an hour away and kept us updated with his ETA even at 15 mins away...I knew when I saw his truck pull into the campground this was a PROFESSIONAL... Micah assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do and had everything done in less than an hour.

Just knowing he's available for us in the future is a BIG relief because we're gonna be traveling all over the areas in NH and Maine starting next summer.
